Start of apprenticeship at Karl Küfner on 1 September 2026

New faces, new perspectives, new opportunities: As the 2026 training program begins, we welcome four motivated young professionals to Karl Küfner.

On 1 September 2026, we were delighted to welcome four young people as they embarked on their careers at Karl Küfner.

We are particularly delighted to welcome a new apprentice training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) and two apprentices training as plastics and rubber technologists (m/f/d) to our company. Through their apprenticeships, they are laying the foundations for a successful professional future and will gain many exciting insights into our working environment over the coming years.

In addition, a long-term work experience student is joining our team. As part of an entry-level training programme (EQ) in the metalworking sector, she will gain practical experience, further develop her skills and gain valuable initial insights into working life until the end of August 2027.

Karl Küfner places great importance on training and supporting young people. We are therefore delighted to welcome these new recruits and wish them every success as they get started, hope they enjoy their work, and look forward to an exciting time with us.

Welcome to Karl Küfner! We look forward to our future together.
